Which also included the training session and the purpose of the training session was all about welcoming and introducing newly elected office bearers,NEC delegates and officials to the union and NEC, Learning about Agricultural Food And Allied Democratic Workers Union(AFADWU).

Basic training on leadership roles and responsibilities.
Orientation and re-orientation of office bearers and officials .
Fulfing the aims and objectives of the union inline with the constitution to members with their rights,democracy and build a democratic structure at all levels of the union.
