By the virtue of submitting the Membership Application Form, you agree that:
You provide true, accurate and complete information as prompted by the Site's registration forms
You will maintain and promptly update such information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete
Your account or access to or use the Site may be suspended or terminated if AFADWU reasonably believes any account information is false, inaccurate, or incomplete
You will immediately notify AFADWU in the form of written notice, if ever there are any changes you need to amend from your recorded account information with AFADWU
You may be contacted by one of the AFADWU representatives, either by your email or contact number
You Allow AFADWU to deduct 1.4% from your salary/wage per month provided that such amount shall not be less than R 35.00 and shall not exceed R90.00 per month or such other amount as may be determined from time to time according to the union's constitution, in respect of your subscription to the union.
You will cancel any other request you may have made for subscription deduction payable to any other trade union.
You shall give 4 weeks written notice of resignation to the union before cancelling this authorisation.
We do not sell or otherwise share personal information about you except as described in this Policy. We may share your personal information with (1) our affiliates and subsidiaries and (2) our service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as order fulfillment and data storage. We do not authorize our service providers to use or disclose the information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or comply with legal requirements.

Retention of Personal Information
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we retain personal information we obtain about you as long as (1) it is needed for the purposes for which we obtained it, in accordance with the provisions of this Policy or (2) we have another lawful basis for retaining that data beyond the period for which it is necessary to serve the original purpose for collecting the data.
